FAQ
Answers to questions about the course, lessons and payment.
Who is the course for?
For accountants who are starting to work in accounting software or switching to POHODA from another program, and for entrepreneurs who keep their own accounts or tax records.
Do I need to know accounting?
Yes, you should know the basics. The course is practical – it teaches you to work in POHODA, not accounting from scratch. If you do not have the basics yet, we recommend the complete Accounting and Tax Records course.
How does it differ from the Accounting and Tax Records course?
The complete course “Accounting and Tax Records Using Computer Technology” has 170 teaching hours and 13 modules. It teaches accounting and tax from the basics, including work in POHODA, and ends with an exam and a retraining certificate (MŠMT accreditation). The Accounting in POHODA course focuses only on practice in the software.
In which language is the course taught?
The course is taught in Czech. Organisational questions can also be discussed with our team in Russian or Ukrainian.
How do lessons work?
Live online on Saturday mornings (9:00–13:00). You see the lecturer and their screen, repeat each step in the software and can ask anything.
Do I need my own copy of POHODA?
No, we provide a POHODA licence for the course. You only need a Windows computer and an internet connection.
What if I miss a lesson?
No problem. Lessons are recorded and the recordings are available for 12 months, so you can catch up whenever it suits you.
What certificate will I receive?
A certificate of completion. The course is not accredited by MŠMT, so it is not a retraining certificate – you receive that in the complete Accounting and Tax Records course.
How much does the course cost and how can I pay?
The course costs 15,000 CZK. You can pay by bank transfer, card, in cash or via Benefit Plus. Instalments are also possible – we agree the terms individually.
