Frequently asked questions

Answers to questions about the course, teaching and payment.

The course and management practice

I am not a manager yet. Is the course for me?

Yes. The course is also designed for specialists preparing for a management role and for career changers. You do not need any experience of leading people – you will cover everything from personal effectiveness to leading a team.

I have been leading a team for several years. What will the course give me?

A system instead of intuition. You will fill in the areas that are often missing in practice – project management, strategy, crisis management, motivation and staff appraisal – and test what works on real-life cases.

Will the course help business owners?

Yes. You will learn to delegate, set up processes and lead people so that you do not have to carry everything yourself and have time to grow your company.

Teaching and the exam

What language is the course taught in?

The course is taught in Czech. If you are not sure whether your Czech is good enough, write to us and we will help you decide whether the course is right for you.

What education do I need?

The admission requirement is secondary education. You do not need any experience of leading people.

How does the teaching work?

Lessons run live online with the lecturer in Czech, so you can ask questions straight away and discuss your own work situations. You work with real-life cases and on your own management projects. You will find the schedule under course dates.

What if I miss a lesson?

No problem. Lessons are recorded and the recordings are available for 12 months, so you can catch up whenever it suits you.

What does the final exam involve?

The final exam is a written test with 40 questions, and you have 60 minutes for it. You need at least 80% to pass.

What certificate will I receive?

After passing the exam you will receive a nationally recognised retraining certificate (MŠMT accreditation 22412/2025-6).

Price and payment

How can I pay? Can I pay in instalments?
