20 hours of training · 4 live online sessions with the lecturers, taught in Russian
From your personal budget and financial protection to corporate finance, investments and decisions under risk. A practical course for managers, business owners and specialists.

4 Saturday sessions with room for questions
Personal budget, company cash flow, loans, investments — financial decisions come up all the time. Without a systematic understanding it is easy to misjudge risk, overpay for financing or miss opportunities.
The course connects four levels: personal finance → corporate finance → investments → financial behaviour. Financial tools are explained through real situations: a personal budget, company cash flow, choosing sources of financing, appraising investments and making decisions under risk.
The point is not to memorise terms and formulas, but to understand what financial indicators mean and use them in life and business.
Build a personal financial strategy, plan income and expenses, manage cash flow and debt, and set up an emergency fund.
Read financial statements from a manager’s point of view and understand budgeting, working capital and sources of business financing.
Learn investment analysis, financial instruments and alternative investments, appraise projects and build a portfolio that balances return and risk.
Explore cognitive biases, attitudes to risk and loss, and how emotions and money beliefs shape financial behaviour.
Spot financial risks in personal and corporate finance, assess the consequences of decisions and choose tools to manage risk.
Link financial indicators to management tasks: where to allocate resources, how to finance growth and whether to invest in a new project.
Who it is for
Financial indicators affect your decisions and you want to understand what lies behind the numbers and discuss finance more confidently with owners, finance staff and accountants.
You need to separate personal and business finance, control your company’s cash flow and make investment decisions based on financial analysis rather than intuition.
You want to develop financial thinking, learn to read financial information and take the financial consequences of management decisions into account.
