- Preparation of a Sales Prospectus (a document describing all key business parameters, provided to interested parties without revealing the company’s name)
- Publication of the Prospectus on our web pages and searching for a buyer
- Preparation and signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with interested parties
- Legal support for the transaction – preparation of sale and purchase agreements, and the transfer of shares with a notary.
