UniMFA is an educational center for a new generation of professionals in business, finance, and marketing. Since 2011, we have combined academic knowledge with a practical focus, working with leading European entrepreneurs.
We are looking for an energetic manager to drive the development of our educational projects. You will be responsible for leading projects from concept to scale. This role requires full commitment and a results-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and launching new educational products.
- Full project management: planning, budgeting, deadline control.
- Attracting partners, lecturers, and experts.
- Analyzing the performance and scaling of launched projects.
Our Requirements:
- Native-level proficiency in the Russian language is a mandatory requirement.
- Project management experience, ideally in EdTech.
- Strong organizational skills and strategic thinking.
- Independence, responsibility, and a focus on results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Czech and English, B1 level or higher.
